Hi Steve,

I just wanted to let you know that I saw the refurbished Corbett memorial over Christmas. It does indeed look strikingly better. I was really happy with the base and impressed to see the care you took to polish the upper surface which makes it blend with and also enhance the stature of the monument. The wording on the back really worked out very well and it is nice to see a more complete depiction of names and dates. Most family members have now seen it as well and are all pleased to have neglected a memorial so vastly improved.

I can’t begin to thank you and your “team” for the beautiful memorial you’ve produced for the Koidu family. Please let the designer and carver know how appreciated their expertise is.

I had a chance to pick up my Father after work today and go together with him to the cemetery to view the memorial.  Both of us were more than satisfied with the results. I think it’s just perfect!...the carving is lovely and very proportional as is the spacing of the written words as well. I’m going to have a contented sleep tonight knowing that my Mother has been so well honoured.

Thank you also for taking the time to take the 2 pictures and leave the voice mail for me.  Should you ever need a referral of any sort…please feel free to refer to me. I will also mention your company to my friends. 

Again thank you for making this experience as comfortable as you did…it’s never an easy time when it’s your family involved.  All the best to you and your family and staff.  I’ll drop by at some point to have the stone in my flower bed at the cottage carved with mum’s name.

The family of the late Dulcie Bell wish to thank you very much for the personal, profession and expeditious service extended to us during our time of loss and bereavement, and also for your patience while we designed her monument. We especially appreciate your visits with us to local cemeteries to get a feel for what we wanted and your attendance at Larry’s home to finalize the arrangements. Your suggestions regarding maintaining a “feminine” shape and design, and also to add her signature to the monument to make it more personal, were quite appropriate. We have received many positive remarks. Our cousin summed it up very nicely by saying, “This stone is very classy!” Further, we appreciate that the area surrounding the monument was neat and tidy after the installation.

Thank you for helping us bring closure to the loss of our treasured Mother and Grandmother during this difficult time. We certainly will not hesitate will not hesitate to recommend your company and services to others in the future.
